About the Role:
We're a clean, well-maintained machine shop running new Mazak equipment with Smooth G controls , and we're looking for a hands-on CNC Supervisor who can lead from the floor.

This is not a desk job-you'll be actively involved in setup, programming (GibbsCAM), and running jobs while leading a small team. Your experience will directly influence how the shop operates, improves processes, and gets work done.
