Volt is immediately hiring for a CNC Lathe Operator - 2nd Shift in the greater Valencia, CA area.
As a CNC Lathe Operator, you will:
- Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to manufacture precision components to specification
- Load raw materials and unload finished parts while maintaining workflow efficiency
- Monitor machine operations and make minor adjustments to maintain quality standards
- Perform routine equipment checks to ensure proper alignment and setup before production
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to verify tolerances and specifications
- Troubleshoot basic machine or process issues to minimize downtime
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards
