As aClosure Design release Engineer, you will lead the development of criticalrear-vehicle systems, ensuring they meet rigorous safety, functional, andmanufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development:Responsible for the engineering, design, development, timing, and release ofrear body closure sheet metal (e.g., liftgates, decklids, or tailgates) andassociated hinging systems.
• Validation: Manage the development and validationof assigned components;
• communicate technical product status and competitorbenchmarking to management.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead packagingcoordination with adjacent departments including electromechanical(latches/cinching motors), electrical (harnessing), lighting (taillamps), andinterior/exterior trim.
