CMHA Kelowna is hiring a full time ClinicalTeam Lead to join the Foundry Kelowna Team. This position offers 37.5 hours per week, with a typical work week of Monday – Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm with Tuesday and Thursday variations of 9am-5pm or 11am-7pm based on program need.

WHO IS A CLINICAL TEAM LEAD?

TheClinical Team Lead is a member of the leadership team at Foundry Kelowna and provides comprehensive clinical support and supervision to clinicians, counsellors, practicum students, and clinical programs operating out of Foundry Kelowna. This position involves overseeing the facilitation of clinical programs, enhancing the counselling and educational experiences of team members and practicum students, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health services.
