Clinical Pharmacist - Abbotsford Regional Hospital and Cancer Centre

The salary range for this position is CAD $51.37 - $64.19 / hour.

We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Abbotsford Regional Hospital and Mission Memorial Hospital located in Abbotsford and Mission, BC.

We are a collaboration of four premier health employers: Fraser Health, Provincial Health Services, Providence, and Vancouver Coastal health. We provide an integrated approach to pharmaceutical care and service excellence for our clients.

As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will work to provide the following services to our patients:

• Individualized pharmacotherapy
• Counselling patients about their medication therapy
• Working in collaboration with physicians and other health care providers to develop, implement, and monitor therapeutic plans
• Assisting in the development of drug therapy guidelines for individual disease conditions
