Banting is building the AI platform for clinical research. Running clinical trials today requires an enormous amount of manual, document-driven work, and that burden falls on research coordinators, analysts, and administrators who are forced to spend most of their time on administrative work instead of patients and science. We’re building the software that automates that operational layer, so research teams can run more trials, run them better, and get patients access to new treatments faster.

WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS

This is the first hire outside of engineering. We are looking for someone who can earn trust with institutions through shared experience and expertise, make early deployments succeed because they know what good looks like from the site’s perspective, and shape the product based on real operational knowledge.
