<p>The post of Day Care Centre Coordinator/ CNM 2 holds a pivotal role in service planning, co-ordinating, and managing activity and resources within the Day Care Centre. The Coordinator’s main responsibilities are: quality assurance, resource management, staffing and staff development, facilitating communication and professional / clinical leadership.</p> <p>In the context of the person-centred philosophy of Day Care Centres, the developing primary care teams and health and social care networks, the Coordinator will manage, lead and empower all staff in the Day Care Centre to support older persons to continue to exercise independence and autonomy in leading a full life no matter what their level of dependency.
