Clinical Consultant Pharmacist - Continuing Care Specialty Pharmacy, Edmonton Full Time temporary 18 month contract

CareRx Corporation is seeking a Clinical Consultant Pharmacist to join the Edmonton team. The Clinical Consultant Pharmacist is responsible for maintaining continuity of care for clientele through collaboration between onsite physicians, nursing staff, and other health providers at long term care, supportive living, and other congregate living communities. The role requires completing clinical pharmacy activities in alignment with Continuing Care Health Service Standards, site policies, internal CareRx policies, and the Ministerial Order for Clinical Pharmacy Services.

Location

Location will primarily be LTC homes and retirement communities in the Edmonton and surrounding area.

Work Shifts

This is a full-time position with a standard Monday to Friday 9am-5pm schedule.
