You will be responsible for planning and leading climbing sessions while ensuring a safe, age-appropriate environment. Your role includes maintaining climbing gear, coordinating with the Program Director on inventory, and welcoming campers during their arrival and departure. Create memorable experiences and help campers build climbing confidence.
