Client Support Intern (Warsaw)
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
This is a back-office supporting role - activities will include:
Communicating and interacting with internal/external customers. This role will require you to communicate mostly via phone, email and workflows with our internal and external customers (eg. Customers, Auditors, Sales and Finance Teams).Supporting daily business. You will be asked to support our organisation’s daily business by processing/closing requests (workflows) in our system, updating client contact data, uploading documents in our system, etc.Ensuring data quality. You will need to enter data into our systems in accordance with the BSI rules.Requirements:
Required: fluent English, attention to detail.
