Overview

The Client Relationship Specialist is a junior role designed as a development path into Account Management. The position provides operational and relationship support to existing clients while assisting the AM team in maintaining strong engagement, service continuity, and overall client experience. This role plays an important part in supporting day-to-day client interactions, coordinating internal execution, and helping ensure consistent follow-through across accounts. This is a hybrid role located in our Sao Paulo office.
