Role Overview

Our Toronto office is currently recruiting for a Client Relations Analyst, reporting to the Client Relationship Partner. This role supports the firm’s Client Listening Program by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing client feedback to identify growth and cross‑selling opportunities. The Client Relations Analyst also advances firm‑wide and practice‑level business development initiatives informed by both individual client insights and broader feedback trends, working closely with multiple practice groups to help attract, grow, and retain clients across diverse industries and sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Client Relationship Partner to identify and advance opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support cross‑marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, Finance, and IT teams on firm‑wide strategic initiatives related to client management and service delivery.
