Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate clients’ employment-related strengths and needs
• Collaborate on personalized career development plans
• Facilitate 1:1 interview coaching and mock interviews
• Conduct workshops on resume writing and job search strategies
• Guide clients in accessing essential community resources
Requirements:
• Background in employment counseling or social services
