Position Details
We are looking for a highly responsive, professional, and organized individual with excellent written communication skills in English. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and able to manage multiple customer conversations while maintaining a friendly and professional tone.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, administration, or appointment setting is preferred. Experience with live chat platforms, CRM systems, scheduling software, or service-based businesses is a plus.
