The Client Acquisition & Business Development Manager is responsible for defining, building and executing the VIC client acquisition strategy within the EMEA region.
He/she will drive new client recruitment and accelerate revenue growth through proactive business development initiatives.
The role requires to work closely with store teams, with a focus on developing a strong VIC culture and mindset in-store, ensuring long-term client engagement beyond acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition Strategy & Execution
• Define and implement a proactive client acquisition strategy aligned with the Maison’s growth objectives.
• Identify, target, and convert new high-potential clients through personal networks, partnerships, and prospecting initiatives.
