What you'll be responsible for: 

• Performing daily truck inspections
• Following the schedule and itinerary provided by the supervisor
• Picking up and delivering ferrous and non‑ferrous metals in accordance with applicable safety standards
• Completing all required transportation documentation
• Performing basic truck maintenance
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Driving the vehicle in a safe and efficient manner
• Performing pre‑trip inspections before hitting the road
• Ensuring that all safety standards established by law and by the employer are respected at all times, without exception
