Strategic Delivery: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive Asset Management (AM) plans, including State of the Infrastructure (SOTI) reports, levels of service analysis, and long-term financial strategies.Business Growth: Proactively identify market opportunities, lead proposal development, and leverage your professional network to expand Dillon’s municipal footprint across Ontario.Consulting & Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to municipal staff, leadership, and stakeholders, translating technical data into actionable investment strategies.Project Leadership: Manage multi-disciplinary project teams to ensure technical accuracy, budget adherence, and timely delivery of infrastructure projects.Community Engagement: Facilitate workshops and presentations.
