The City of Abbotsford’s Engineering & Transportation department is seeking a motivated Civil Engineer in Training (EIT) to join their dynamic team, on a one-year term. As an integral member of the Transportation team, you will support the planning, design, and implementation of transportation infrastructure programs and projects while gaining hands-on experience under the guidance of senior engineering staff.

In this role, you will contribute to a variety of technical assignments, including the analysis of data, preparation of engineering reports, and review of traffic management plans and layouts.
