Introduction

The Network Operations Centre provides Infrastructure support for the client's Global Data worldwide location. This role involves working as a Subject Matter Expert of Cisco Routing and Switching to provide operational support.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)

• 4 years’ experience in the troubleshooting and performance management of data infrastructure networks
• 2 years’ experience of people management skills
• Customer service skills and client focus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including an ability to convey technical information using non-technical language
