Chief Network Security Engineer – Staff Augmentation We are seeking a Chief Network Security Engineer to support a staff augmentation engagement with a leading Oil & Gas client, strengthening hybrid cloud and on-prem network security.
Responsibilities - Lead secure network architecture for hybrid environments across cloud and on-prem connectivity.
- Design secure AWS networking and security controls for VPCs, routing, Security Groups, WAF, and connectivity.
- Implement Azure networking security using VNets, NSGs, Azure Firewall, and Application Gateway.
- Configure and maintain firewalls, prioritizing Palo Alto and supporting Cisco ASA/Firepower where needed.
- Integrate web filtering and SASE solutions such as Prisma Access to enforce secure access.
- Deploy and tune load balancing solutions using F5, A10, or cloud equivalents.
