Duties

The Chief of Business Operations leads a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering customer service, financial and administrative support, housing services, front desk operations, maintenance coordination, and complaint resolution. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Manage financial services by developing budgets, projections, and local financial plans; analyze performance using financial systems, prepare regular reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
