WHO WE ARE

The Town of Witless Bay is not just a great place to visit but is also a great community to live and do business. Located on Route 10 as a part of The Irish Loop, Witless Bay is a small, scenic, traditional Newfoundland outport community with a population of 1,640 offering abundant natural tourism. Hiking, camping, and fishing can be found along the East Coast Trail. Sea kayaking is very popular in the Witless Bay area. For the amateur looking for adventure, there are several businesses offering boat and sea kayaking tours. Icebergs, whales, and incredible bird colonies are just some of the attractions the area has to offer. The Witless Bay Ecological Reserve is a must‑see.
