Travel: Up to % (Montreal region to Chicago). Role Overview:
Primary Focus: Equipment implementation (not method development or training). Current Technologies: Mojani Fat, Mojani Moisture, Vacuum Oven. New Technology: Near Infrared Spectroscopy (NIR) to replace current methods. Troubleshooting: Intermediate to strong level required; will involve collaboration with IT and analytical chemists. Work Style: Collaborative (not independent project leadership). Team Structure: Approx. people (lab crew, supervisor, quality team, operations leads, technicians).
