RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure full technical and regulatory governance of chemical products, maintaining strict compliance with legal, environmental, and safety standards. This role includes managing controlled substances in accordance with ANP and Federal Police requirements, acting as the technical responsible before the CRQ, and overseeing the full chemical lifecycle — from import and validation to storage, traceability, and disposal.

Key responsibilities include :

• Manage chemical regulatory compliance and controlled substances (ANP, Federal Police)
• Act as technical responsible before CRQ (registration, MOC, RCA, CAPA)
• Control inventory, storage, handling, and traceability of chemical products
• Conduct inspections and oversee chemical waste management and reporting (IBAMA)
• Support internal/external audits, inspections, and incident investigations
