Key Responsibilities:
Support the Head Chef with food preparation and presentationPrepare desserts as requiredAdhere to all HACCP standards and proceduresMaintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspaceMonitor and manage stock levels within your section Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous ChefStrong communication and teamwork skillsValid Manual Handling and HACCP certification (or willingness to complete training)Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentLegal right to work in IrelandA full driving licence is an advantage Benefits:
