Position Details

This long–established, charming country destination is looking for a Chef to join their small kitchen team. Their restaurant prides itself on its offering of deliciously simple Irish classics and their warm welcome.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced chef with good cooking skills who is well-accustomed to cooking in a busy environment and managing a small kitchen. Key requirements include:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience working as a Senior Chef within a restaurant or hospitality venue environment.
  • A passion for food and the food industry in general
  • Possess good leadership capabilities, including the ability to coach team members on the job
  • Hold a good understanding of how to monitor and influence food cost within the operation
  • The ability to maintain high operating standards and consistency across the kitchens
