An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Rang role at the Room Service of the iconic Hotel Cipriani for the 2026 season.
The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic and unforgettable experiences to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity, and community.
This is a seasonal full time position (5 working days a week) from April to September 2026.
The Chef de Rang, who reports to our In-Room Dining Manager, will:
- fulfil the RS operations, according to the hotel policies, standards and procedures;
- monitor all aspects of the guests' experience, from the amenities layout before their arrivale to the experience they receive during the service;
- act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate guests' needs;
- establish and maintain good relationships with all guests and handle requests and enquiries with care and attentions.
