For a renowned 5 star hotel in Salzburg, we are looking for a motivated Chef de Partie / Pastry Chef (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for desserts and pastries in à la carte service as well as for the preparation of buffets in the banquet area
• Production and preparation of desserts, cakes, and sweets for all F&B outlets
• Ordering and quality control upon receipt of goods
• Preparation of dishes and organizational handling of shifts during all service periods
• Training of our apprentices
• Ensuring proper storage of food and monitoring storage temperatures
• Ensuring smooth operation during shifts
• Training and onboarding of new kitchen staff
