Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients, execute daily food preparation, and maintain mise en place for your assigned station
  • Cook dishes according to recipes, brand standards, and plating guidelines, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation excellence
  • Organize, stock, and manage your kitchen section efficiently, maintaining a clean and safe workstation throughout the shift
