Role Overview:
As Chef de Partie, you will take responsibility for a key section of the kitchen (Indian Cuisine). You’ll ensure efficient service, high quality food output, consistent presentation, and compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver first-class takeaway and dine-in dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook and present Indian cuisine and curries in your allocated section to high standards.
- Maintain and monitor food quality, portioning, and presentation according to our brand standards.
- Assist in stock control, ordering and inventory management in your section.
- Ensure your station is clean, organised, and adheres to hygiene (HACCP) and safety protocols.
