The Mespil Hotel has an exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen team.
The main responsibilities of this role is to take responsibility for a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes in line with hotel standards, while maintaining excellent hygiene, safety, and teamwork.to assist the Sous Chef in the preparation, cooking and service of all hotel food.
