Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation and presentation of highquality dishes that align with our culinary standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your designated section, maintaining the quality and consistency expected at Beef & Lobster.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef in developing new menu items and refining existing recipes.
- Oversee the preparation of ingredients, including meat and fish, ensuring all food items are handled and stored correctly.
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and food hygiene standards, including HACCP procedures.
