About the Role
Our client, a renowned and highly regarded hotel in Dublin 22, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join their dynamic kitchen team. Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a range of dishes to the hotel’s high standards, ensuring consistent quality, taste, and presentation.
- Section Management: Take responsibility for a designated section of the kitchen (e.g. grill, sauce, pastry), ensuring dishes are delivered efficiently and on time during service.
