Chef de Partie (Wok Chef)



The Central Hotel, Donegal Town are currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team in our busy hotel Thai-fusion restaurant. The successful applicant will support and assist the Head Chef, monitoring food quality.

The ideal candidate would have at least 1 years’ experience in a busy kitchen. Wok training can also be provided.



• Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes for the hotel bar & restaurant

• A team player and leader with good communication skills, maintaining good staff relations

• HACCP training is an advantage, good standard of food hygiene and knowledge of health and safety procedures

• Delivery of exceptional food, maintaining consistency
