The Charge Nurse is an experienced Registered Nurse who works under the direction of the Program Manager to coordinate the delivery of high quality inter‑professional patient/client centered care on an assigned unit. The Charge Nurse supports the efficient operation of the unit and facilitates change through continuous quality improvement to meet the care needs of our patients/clients.

Skills and Qualifications Required

• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred and current, unrestricted registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• 2–5 years recent and related clinical experience
