About the Role
We have an exciting
opportunity for a dynamic nursing leader to join our Child Health team in
Children's Emergency Care. We are looking for a collaborative senior nurse with
strong interpersonal skills, innovative thinking, the ability to problem solve
and respond in this fast-paced environment.
In this role you
will manage a team of RN, HCA and senior nurses who care for any tamariki
requiring a procedure or treatment to stabilise them for discharge or
admission. CEC is a very fast paced and dynamic environment which will require
careful management of staffing and other resources to enable a high standard of
care to be maintained.
