As a channel Account Manager you will be responsible for driving SMB and mid‑market sales for Creative Cloud (CC) and Document Cloud (DC) under VIP licensing and Document Cloud. You will manage territory for partners in the Andean Region and Central America, nurture relationships, develop and recruit new channels, and enable onboarding. You will also support partners in closing top deals to maintain an over 80% renewal rate and add new large customers to CC. Additionally you will work closely with reseller named accounts.
