About the Role
This is an 18-month secondment/fixed term opportunity. You will lead change management processes and deliverables in support of the o9 project for a specific Business Unit for all functions. You will collaborate with leaders and colleagues at all levels within the BU and the regional project team.
Responsibilities
- Act as the change partner to the BU Implementation Lead, providing insights on required change activities and leveraging connections to drive stakeholder engagement, awareness, and adoption.
- Localise and lead the execution of change management plans aligned with global and regional S4/o9 plans and organisational goals.
- Assess change impacts across all functions and define mitigation measures such as training and communication for a smooth transition.
