Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Change Management Manager to lead the people, process, and adoption aspects of a large transformation program. This role will partner closely with business leaders, technology teams, and end users to ensure seamless delivery of front-to-back user experiences, sustainable change adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Change & Transformation Leadership
- Lead end-to-end change management for the transformation program
- Develop and execute comprehensive change strategies covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption
