Position Details
Must Haves:
Bachelor's degree in a related field PROSCI or CCMP certification 5 years Experience developing and delivering communications and presentations at multiple levels of an organization. (eg. Executive Management, Management, Program Sponsors, Steering Committee, Branch Managers, End Users) 5 years Experience developing change management deliverables including Change Strategy and Plans, Training Strategy and Plans, Stakeholder Impact Assessments, Communication Strategy and Plans. 5 years Experience with written and verbal communications including specific experience in drafting business and technical documentation.
Nice To Haves: 3 years Experience with articulating and translating technical language for non-technical customers both verbally and in writing. 3 years Direct experience in change facilitation 3 years Experience defining and measuring project change success metrics and progress <...
