**Job Purpose and Impact**

**The Change, Communication, Education (CCE) Lead will partner with key stakeholders to design and implement a comprehensive change and communication strategy to support the delivery of SAP ERP to Animal Nutrition and Health Indonesia and related projects including pre - deployment work , deployment and post - go live support through stabilization. The role will be responsible for change strategy and planning , stakeholder engagement , communication and training , change measurement and reporting and provide thought leadership and best practices for the delivery of SAP ERP to Indonesia. The role extends to HR related responsibilities which include partnering with the local leadership team on talent development, building capability programs, and driving employee engagement.**
