**Position Overview**

The Chair of Internal Medicine serves as the senior academic and clinical leader of Rush’s largest department. Reporting to the Dean of Rush Medical College, the Chair will set and execute a bold vision that advances excellence across patient care, education, research, and health equity, while strengthening the department’s impact across the broader health system.
