Report directly to the Regional CEO and deal with the Board directlyLead a supervise a team size of over 30 peopleOverseeing the organisation's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processesEnsuring compliance with local and international financial regulations and standardsProviding strategic financial guidance to support business growth and expansionManaging financial risks and implementing effective internal controlsLeading and mentoring the accounting and finance team to achieve operational excellenceCollaborating with the executive team to develop and execute corporate strategiesPresenting financial reports and insights to stakeholders and the board
