**Job Description**:
**CCA - Sales Administration Data Science & analytics**
- Support the Aftersales business transformation, through the conversion of our data sources into valuable, reliable, and timely information, by developing tools, analysis and reports to understand our business performance, and clients' behaviors in the different business channels.
- Support team to implement dealer data share tool in all GMSA countries and use all information to develop new visibilities to bring insights for aftersales business.
- Develop and support the Aftersales Business Intelligence strategy, through the development of tools for analyzing the performance of all business lines and the main KPIs: Sell in, Sell out, customer retention, analysis by segment and sales channel, etc.. In order to provide the different teams and leadership with the necessary information to make the best business decisions.
