This casual position provides call-in or back-fill support. Posting closes May 8, 2026. Compensation is $22.99/hr.

The Casual Direct Support Professional provides critical services to the people supported by Karis Disability Services and works to ensure that people belong to communities in which their God-given gifts are valued and respected. The role seeks to promote Karis Disability Services' Service Principles by enhancing relationships, promoting citizenship, valuing people’s gifts, recognizing self-determination, encouraging growth and development, and recognizing the need for holistic supports in a manner that considers each person’s intrinsic value.
