**Remote RN Case Manager (Costco Team)**

**Location:** Remote (Preferred: San Antonio, TX area) Travel to the San Antonio office may be required if you live within 45 minutes of their location.
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST (occasional 10:00 AM–7:00 PM rotation)
**No weekends or holidays**
