EAC Network, a leading not-for-profit social service agency dedicated to helping over 80,000 people through 100 impactful programs across Long Island and NYC, is looking for a full time Caregiver Case Manager to join the National Family Caregiver Support program.
+ Salary: $28 to 32 per hour
+ Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9AM to 5PM with occasional evening hours for home visits or outreach
