Job Summary
The Career Educator supports UBC students—particularly those within the Beyond Tomorrow Scholars Program and other specialized student populations—to become career‑ready graduates. Working strategically with campus partners, the educator designs, delivers, and evaluates in‑person and online career learning focused on identity‑informed, program‑based, and community‑connected experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging career‑building experiences for students, including coaching, group-based learning, and program evaluation.
- Expand opportunities for students to engage with employers, alumni, and community partners, with special attention to Black student communities and BTSP scholars.
- Improve the quantity and quality of digital, online content and resources such as newsletters, websites, podcasts, and interactive tools.
