Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with personal care, helping with meal preparation, and coordinating leisure activities, while working closely with other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide hygiene assistance and daily living support
• Develop and implement individual Resident Care Plans
• Facilitate leisure activities for residents
• Conduct light housekeeping tasks
• Report care-related information to supervisors
Requirements:
• Valid diploma in Personal Support Work or equivalent
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including holidays
• Clean criminal record check needed
