Be a part of a world-class academic health-care system at UChicago Medicine as a Cardiac Sonographer II in the Pediatric Heart Station Department.
The Cardiac Sonographer II performs all aspects of echocardiographic imaging for clinical and research purposes under the general supervision of the Medical Director of the Noninvasive Cardiac Imaging Laboratory in addition to extensive responsibilities performing and teaching advanced imaging techniques to Level 1 and 2 Sonographers.
Essential Job Functions:
Prepare patients for cardiac ultrasound examinations. Performs complete cardiac ultrasound examinations and stress testing. Uses ISCVdigital archiving system for measurements.
